  • DTP

    DTP vaccination is recommended for all travelers. Get the vaccination against DTP before you go to this country.

    Hepatitis A vaccination is recommended for all travelers. Get the vaccination before you go to this country.

  • Mosquitoes

    There are illnesses in this country that you can get from mosquitoes, for example zika virus, chikungunya and dengue (break-bone fever). Protect yourself well against mosquito bites during the day (between sunrise and sunset). See also the leaflet ' Muggenwering op reis ' (available in Dutch).

  • Schistosomiasis

    You can get schistosomiasis in this country if you have contact with surface water. Do not go near fresh surface water.
